These terms govern your use of motleytwins.com and the tools and templates we sell on it. By creating a workspace or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions? Email hello@motleytwins.com.

What we provide

Motley Twins sells one-time access to guided, AI-assisted tools that help you build business documents — plans, summaries, decks, and related assets — from the answers you provide. Access to a product you purchase is tied to your account and saved so you can resume across devices.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you create a workspace.
• One account is for one person or business; don't share paid access in a way that resells or redistributes it.

Purchases & access

• Products are sold as one-time purchases. Access unlocks the moment your payment is confirmed and remains tied to your account.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment portion of the transaction.
• Prices and included features may change over time, but a change won't remove access to a product you've already bought.

Your content and the outputs

• You own the answers and inputs you provide, and you own the documents the tool generates from them. Use them freely for your own business.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service — storing your inputs, processing them through our AI provider, and returning your results.
• You're responsible for what you put in and how you use what comes out.

AI-generated output — no warranty

Our tools use AI to generate guidance and documents. Output can contain errors, omissions, or assumptions, and it is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Review everything before you rely on it or share it. We provide the service "as is," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific outcomes.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent access controls or security on the service.
• Don't resell or republish the tools themselves as your own product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Motley Twins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions you make based on the output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
