Motley Twins
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use motleytwins.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything here is unclear, email hello@motleytwins.com.
What we collect
- Account information — your name and email when you create a workspace, so we can sign you in and save your work to your account.
- Your work product — the answers, profiles, and documents you create in our tools, stored so you can resume across devices.
- Payment information — purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page visited, device type, referrer) to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this.
How we use it
- To provide the service — sign you in, save your work, and unlock what you purchased.
- To process payments and deliver access to the product you bought.
- To improve the product and respond to support requests.
- To send you essential transactional messages (receipts, account and access notices).
AI-assisted features
Some features send the answers you provide to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate guidance and documents on your behalf. We send only what is needed to produce your result. We do not use your content to train models.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run the product — payment processing (Stripe), data hosting and authentication (Supabase), and AI generation (Anthropic) — and only to the extent needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your account and work product for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@motleytwins.com. Deleting your account removes your stored work product.
Security
Access to your data is protected by row-level security so that signed-in users can reach only their own records. Secret keys are held server-side and never exposed in the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
