We want you to feel good about what you buy. Because our products are one-time digital purchases that unlock instantly, here's exactly how refunds work.
Our guarantee
If a product isn't right for you, email hello@motleytwins.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No long form to fill out — just tell us it wasn't a fit.
How to request one
- Email hello@motleytwins.com from the address on your account.
- Include your order reference (shown on your checkout confirmation) if you have it.
- We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What's not covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Refunds claimed after you've exported or put the generated documents to substantial use, where it's clear the product was fully consumed.
- Charges disputed through your bank before contacting us — please reach out first so we can help directly.
Pricing changes
If a product's price changes after you buy, it doesn't affect your purchase. Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed during the promotion.
