Every version we have published is kept here so you can read the exact agreement that applies to you. Purchase terms & refund policy
Dual purchase options. Reserve with a deposit ($35 of $135 football, $20 of $65 golf) with the balance due after the customer's hand scan and production confirmation, or pay in full ($135 / $65) with no remaining balance. Both are preorders and both require the hand scan. Hand scanning expected February 2027; shipping expected August 2027. Full refund of amounts paid for voluntary cancellation within 30 calendar days; after that, amounts paid are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, except where ARMA authorizes an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
Deposit only. $35 toward $135 (football) or $20 toward $65 (golf), balance due after the hand scan. No pay-in-full option existed. Orders placed in this window keep these terms.
Full payment at checkout — $135 per football pair, $65 per golf glove, with no deposit and no later balance. Full refund of the purchase price for voluntary cancellation within 30 days. Orders placed in this window owe nothing further and keep these terms.

All sales final on submission, subject to the limited remedies stated in that policy (verified damage or manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery; non-delivery after 7 months). Includes the Founders Archive provisions, which do not apply to ordinary ARMA preorders.

Covers what we collect, how we handle hand-scan data, who we share with, and your rights. The Privacy Policy applies as currently published; material changes to how we handle scan data are notified by email.
